Dawn Seeker

In crystal cave of Midnight,
Beneath the Shadow's Run.
Lives a little stargazer,
Who never sees the sun.
From moonbeam to moonbeam,
She dances across the night.
A silver whisp amongst the trees,
Creature of moonlight.
She kisses the gentle waters,
Lightly touches the sky.
Til comes again the rosy dawn,
And to Shadow's Run,
She flies.
To sleep and dream,
And live again,
The Patterns of the Night.

As I ponder things from afar
Strangeness flickers from within.
An oddity of nature perhaps,
But no...
The warmth of the campfire,
Glows!
Keeping the darkness at bay.
And the chill off old bones.
But Wait!
A sound echos through the myst,
Saying so long old friends.
So long!
He rides off to the Dawn.

A Road Solitarie's Fate

The echo's of your footsteps.
As you travel that forgotten road.
Listening carefully...
At the sounds of bygone days.
Singing the old songs of Joy.
Myriads of sound
Bring you out of Solitude
Into the next life.
Remembering not
A baby's cry
Is all the Mother hears.
Look into her eyes.
It seems that you are here.
The road that winds
Between the worlds.
Wherever that may lie...
Brings us ever back
My friend.
Together fates entwined.
So keep your faith,
And no regrets,
On this twilight's end.
Death is but another start.
The new morning's begun.

In the mysty darknes,
Sliding through the trees.
Comes a lonely traveller,
Floating on the breeze.
He searches the solitary pines,
And hidden shadowed glens.
Looking for the love he's lost,
Before his time shall end.

Up high on sunlight mountain top,
On a lonely snowcapped peak.
Waits a solitary figure,
With her arms outspread.
But shadows never meet the Sun,
And lovers' fate is kept.

love and light,
