I have read and understand the legal bylaws, the “goals and purposes”, and the land use policies of the Elvin H.O.M.E., Inc. and, with the signing of this contract, do here-by pledge myself to doing my contracted pan. to the best of my ability. to uphold these rules and procedures and to accomplish the “goals and purposes”.

I understand that the Elvin H.O.M.E., Inc. is not responsible for supplying me with food, shelter, or cash payment for services rendered under the terms of this contact.

J realize that, as long as this contract is valid, I do not have to pay Elvin H.O.M.E., Inc. communication, sponsorship, or facility use fees, and may have free use (within the bounds of the land use policies) of Elvin H.O.M.E., Inc. grounds and facilities on Lothlorien.

I agree to miss no more than two (2) Governing Council meetings per year and to participate in any non- Governing Council meetings required for the functioning of my contracted position within the context of the greater whole.

I agree to abide by all Elvin H.O.M.E., Inc. rules, regulations, and policies while present on Lothlorien and/or while performing my contracted duties.

I understand that, if I do not live up to the terms of this contract, or fail to do the work required for the successful completion of my contracted duties, that this contract is automatically null and void.  This contract must come up for review at least once per year or when it is so requested by at least two (2) Elvin H.O.M.E., Inc eldar stewards, or stewards. If a review is called it must take place during a regularly scheduled Governing Council meeting.

I am entering this contract of my own free will.
