Lothlorien is located near Needmore In.

 

1. Travelling on State Road 37, head South from Bloomington about 15 miles or North from Bedford about 8 miles to the Stoplight at the junction of State Road 37 and Old 37, turn East, (left from Bloomington, right from Bedford) onto Old 37

 

2. Go about 3.6 miles, just before you get to the Orange road sign saying "Road Closed" turn left onto County Road 425N

 

3. Go past the factory about .9 miles, (down the big hill, around the curve, up the other side), when you come to a fork in the road, bear left, up the hill, not down, and go about 1/2 mile.

 

4. Lothlorien is on the left, just around the bend, and the driveway is just before the big green mailbox marked 911.

If it has been unusually wet watch for High Water! We suggest the following alternate route:
From Bloomington...

·         Take Hwy 37 South to 1.6mi past “Welcome to Lawrence County” sign

 

 

·         Turn Left on Old 37 At Stop Light

·         Go .9mi to Holts Convenience Store - Turn Left

·         Go 1.4mi until you see a small log cabin with a red roof. Turn right at the intersection in front of that house.

·         Go 1.6mi and Turn Right into Lothlorien Nature Sanctuary
