Twice each year, Elvin H.O.M.E Inc.
holds an open forum council circle:
at ELF Fest and at Wild Magick Gathering.
GRAND COUNCIL is a
"gathering of human tribes" - a
place where tribal folk may:
1) introduce themselves and their
skills (goods and services available)
2) make announcements about what they are
doing in their region
3) discuss any major topic which affects
our tribes in general
4) share perspectives, useful
information, and news
5) ask deep questions of the Eldar Stewards
6) attempt to settle tribal disputes
GRAND COUNCIL is open to everyone who
attends the festivals listed above.
It is our hope that you will participate
with an gentle heart and open mind.
If need be, a talking stick can and will
be circulated.
Everyone gets a chance to speak from the
soul.
