Earth Steward Weekends are when members get together to work on projects, and maintenance and care for the land, getting it ready for the season.  Working together builds community and there is never a shortage of work to do. At the end of the day there’s usually a shared meal, a movie, drumming, or just talking around the fire getting to know one other. Earth Steward Weekends begin with opening weekend at Spring Equinox and continue until the weekend before ELF Fest. Other Earth Steward Weekends are scheduled around events, weather, projects and peoples’ availability through out the rest of the summer and fall. Information about special projects, especially when a lot of people are needed, will be posted on this website, Facebook, etc. Of course, people are always welcome to come out and help take care of Lothlorien. If you’re coming out on a weekday, you might want to contact us ahead of time to find out what needs to be done.  As a member you can also earn tokens, our system credits for your work that can be used for various fees.

If you have tools that will be useful for preparing the grounds, please bring them. If you’re not sure what that is, feel free to contact us.

Standard event fees not applicable.
Regular camping fees may still apply.

If camping, please keep in mind that all facilities may not be available until they are prepped for the year.

We strongly encourage festival attendees to administer a test within 72 hours prior to your arrival, for the safety of our community.  If during the festival, we/you suspect an illness, we will ask you to take a COVID test with our medical team.  If the test is positive, you will need to leave or be quarantined.  Attendee will be given a refund, if applicable.
